Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation to Attend the Veterinary Cancer Society Annual Meeting

Kennewick, WA / Accesswire / October 18, 2016 / Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation (“AMI”) (OTC: ADMD), a late stage radiation oncology focused medical device company today announced that it will attend the joint annual meeting of the Veterinary Cancer Society and the American College of Veterinary Radiology in Orlando, Florida on October 20-22, 2016. Over 1,000 attendees have registered for this conference that offers 3 days of seminars and features over 30 exhibitors.

The Company will be showcasing its wholly owned subsidiary, IsoPet Solutions Corporation, as a sponsor of the meeting.  IsoPet Solutions Corporation is actively developing partnerships in the veterinary oncology space to support the introduction of the Company’s cancer treatment products into the veterinary market.

The Veterinary Cancer Society was formed in 1976 by a small group of veterinarians who wanted to establish a professional organization dedicated to veterinary oncology. VCS is a non-profit educational organization with over 800 members including specialists in medical, surgical, and radiation oncology, internists, pathologists, pharmacologists and general practitioners worldwide.

The American College of Veterinary Radiology is a non-profit organization of veterinary specialists in Radiology and Radiation Oncology. The American College of Veterinary Radiology was founded in 1961 to determine competence of voluntary candidates in veterinary radiology and to encourage the development of teaching personnel and training facilities in veterinary radiology.
